Hi my name is Katie,

I am part of the administration team here at Conveniently Active. I am also currently in my last year of university studying a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and I am very excited to soon graduate as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. I am very passionate about helping people with their health conditions through the use of movement and exercise.

When I am not in the clinic or studying, you will find me either on the soccer field for my local soccer club or at a pilates class! I also love going to the local beaches on weekends and spending time with my fluffy guinea pig.
