Even if you decide that Group Exercise is more for you, having this one-on-one with one of our Exercise Physiologists allows us to determine what kind of Exercise Class is most suitable for you.
The benefits of having a one-one-one consultation are:
- Exercise advice is specific to you and your needs. This is particularly helpful if you are carrying injuries or Chronic health conditions, or if you're new to Exercise
- We have the ability to create your Exercise Program in a variety of different settings,including: in clinic, in your home, at the gym, outdoors, at the pool, etc
- If groups aren't your thing, one-on-ones are perfect for you
- One-on-one appointments can look like program reviews every couple of months, or could look more frequent (eg. Once per week)
