We provide Exercise Physiology services for people living with Chronic Illness. Chronic illnesses are long term conditions with ongoing effects. We are often able to better manage, improve and sometimes even prevent the onset of chronic health conditions- this is what we try and help our clients to achieve!

If you would like to see us to better manage your Health Condition, your first step will be to organise an Initial Assessment with one of our knowledgeable Exercise Physiologists. During your initial assessment, your Exercise Physiologist will undertake an initial assessment, where they will get a better understanding about your health conditions, your goals and your current baseline capacity. They will then create you an Exercise Plan that is specific to you and your needs.

We understand that Exercise can be very daunting for many people who live with Chronic Health Conditions. However, we ensure that each and every person who walks through our doors is welcomed with warmth, understanding and empathy. Our goal is to get you moving better, but to not push beyond your limitations.

Every person's exercise program will look a different depending on their medical conditions, symptoms and current fitness levels. But overall, improving our strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and endurance is important for the management of most health conditions and we are here to help you navigate where to start, or how to improve.

Hi, my name is Wendy and I am writing this testimonial for myself and my younger sister, Kristie who has a disability. A few days before the 29th June 2018, my doctor made an appointment for myself and Kristie and said we 'had to go'. At the beginning, i was not sure if I really wanted to begin a weight loss journey or even increase my bodily movement. After visiting Rhiannon on the 29th, I figured that I would do the core exercises and stretches given to me, but that they would not do much at all. Fast forward two months and after at the next appointment with Rhiannon, Kristie and myself had lost two centimeters and two kilos. This was GREAT news for both of us.
