Each week, you’ll participate in a group exercise session led by an expert Exercise Physiologist, followed by an educational talk on topics that directly impact your health. Plus, you’ll receive a one-on-one assessment and a home exercise program that’s personalised just for you—helping you stay on track between sessions.

What’s in Store for Week One?


In Week One, get ready for a fantastic start! Here’s what you can expect:

  • Exercise Physiologist Tresna from Conveniently Active will take you through a group exercise session tailored to senior women’s needs. You’ll get a great workout, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility—essential for maintaining independence and overall health as we age.
  • Following the exercise session, Tresna will also provide an education talk on Bone Health and Osteoporosis. This session will empower you with knowledge on how to strengthen your bones, prevent osteoporosis, and take proactive steps to protect your health.
  • To finish off the session, we have Tammy from Trend Physio, who will guide you through a relaxation and meditation practice. It’s the perfect way to end the session on a calm, mindful note, helping you manage stress and stay centred.
