Conveniently Active Teens Yoga and Exercise Program

Our Teens Yoga and Exercise Program is designed for teens with neurodivergent brains who want to improve their sensory regulation and mental health. This EP and yoga collaboration offers a dynamic blend of exercise and yoga to support teens in building strength, coordination, and mental resilience.

What to Expect in the Program

The program consists of two 30-minute sessions:

  • 30-Minute Exercise Class: Led by our qualified Exercise Physiologist, this session focuses on improving gross motor skillsbalance, and aerobic fitness. It is designed to help teens build strength, coordination, and endurance in a fun and engaging environment.
  • 30-Minute Yoga Session: Taught by Sarah Munro, our yoga instructor, this session incorporates relaxation techniquesbreathworkbody awarenessbalance, and flexibility. Through yoga, teens will learn to manage stress, increase focus, and improve emotional regulation.

By combining exercise with yoga, this program helps teens improve their physical abilities while also promoting a sense of calm and emotional balance. The combination of the two disciplines offers a holistic approach to physical and mental health.
