Important Update: Changes to Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy

We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for choosing Conveniently Active and for your ongoing support. Your commitment to improving your health and fitness means the world to us. We are writing to inform you about some important updates to our fee schedule and cancellation policy.

As you may know, the cost of living continues to rise, and we have had to make adjustments to our pricing to ensure we can continue providing high-quality services, maintain a sustainable business, and compensate our dedicated staff appropriately. These changes are designed to ensure we can keep offering the best care to our community while keeping our doors open.

At the same time, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has recently implemented updates that affect the funding structure for Exercise Physiology services. As a result, we’ve had to revise our fee schedule to align with these changes, ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality care while maintaining the sustainability of our services.

Please see the updates in costs below and please refer to our Fee Schedule on the website to see finalised. We have also introduced a cancellation policy which is outlined below, Please make yourself familiar with this information to avoid any disappointment later:

Group Exercise Classes

  • New Class Cap: To ensure we can provide quality care and maintain a personal experience, we are capping group exercise classes at 10 participants per session. If your current group is full, we have new groups available with space, so please let us know if you’d like to switch.
  • Group Class Pricing:
    • $20 for one class per week
    • $30 for two classes per week
    • $40 for three classes per week
  • Cancellation Policy for Group Classes:A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will be required to pay for your scheduled group session.

One-on-One Exercise Physiology Consultations

  • Pricing Update:
    • 60-minute in-clinic and home visits$166 (previously $160)
    • 30-minute in-clinic and home visits$83 (unchanged)
  • Mobile Client Travel Fees:
    • Travel fees will now be based on time rather than distance.
    • Minimum travel fee: 30 minutes
    • Hourly rate for travel: $166 per hour (e.g., $83 for 30 minutes, $166 for 60 minutes, $249 for 90 minutes)
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Less than 48 hours’ notice50% of session fee
    • Less than 24 hours’ notice100% of session fee

Hydrotherapy Sessions

  • Pricing:
    • 30-minute hydro session$83
    • Travel Fees: If the therapist is already at the pool, the travel fee will be divided by how many people are seen. If you are the only person, the travel fee will be an additional $83.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Less than 48 hours’ notice50% of session fee
    • Less than 24 hours’ notice100% of session fee

Reminder Texts

To give you more time to manage your appointments, we are now sending reminder texts 3 days before your scheduled appointment (previously 2 days). If you need to reschedule or cancel, this extra time gives you a better opportunity to do so without incurring a cancellation fee.
