Meet the speakers:

Rhiannon Walton
Rhiannon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 11 years of experience. Rhiannon has a large interest in exercise for mental health. She has introduced Exercise Physiology programs within mental health units in Central Coast public hospitals. And she also runs Exercise Physiology programs with Headspace, an organisation providing mental health services for young people.
Rhiannon is the owner of Conveniently Active Exercise Physiology, where she and her team are passionate about providing individualised and/or group exercise programs for people of all ages and stages of life, and for people living with limitations such as chronic health conditions, mental health barriers, disabilities, persistent pain and lifestyle factors.
Rhiannon is a wealth of knowledge, passionate about providing education to both the community and health providers about the strong connection between exercise and mental health.

Nicole Saliba
Nicole Saliba is one of the Central Coast’s leading Dietitians with over eleven years experience. She is the founder of Eatsense- one of the Central Coast’s leading nutrition practices and has supported thousands of individuals in her role as a clinical dietitian. Her areas of passion and expertise include gut health, women’s health and mental health. Nicole is extremely passionate about the role of diet and lifestyle when it comes to preventing, treating and managing mood disorders. She is known for her evidence-based, realistic and sustainable approach to nutrition and is a well known presenter and public speaker.
