Hi, my name is Wendy and I am writing this testimonial for myself and my younger sister, Kristie who has a disability. A few days before the 29th June 2018, my doctor made an appointment for myself and Kristie and said we 'had to go'. At the beginning, i was not sure if I really wanted to begin a weight loss journey or even increase my bodily movement. After visiting Rhiannon on the 29th, I figured that I would do the core exercises and stretches given to me, but that they would not do much at all. Fast forward two months and after at the next appointment with Rhiannon, Kristie and myself had lost two centimeters and two kilos. This was GREAT news for both of us. This was the start of my weight loss journey and the start of a new lifestyle. Kristie and I both walk every morning before food and do our exercises most evenings.
