What is the booking process?
1. You will need to book an appointment with one of our Exercise Physiologists. You can book an appointment by booking online, or alternatively, you can call our receptionist to book an appointment over the phone. Please note that we can only accept online bookings for appointments booked in clinic. If you require a home visit booking, please call or email us:

2. You will need to fill out an Intake Form and a Health Questionnaire before attending your initial consultation. You can either have this emailed to you to fill out before arriving, or you can arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, where you can fill out the forms before meeting with your Exercise Physiologist.

What do I need to wear to my appointment?
You just need to wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving about in. If you can please ensure that you wear enclosed shoes, that would be appreciated. We do encourage our group participants attending the core class to please bring their own pillow.

What Should I expect at my initial consultation?

You will be greeted by our friendly receptionist as you walk through the door. After you have completed your intake forms, your Exercise Physiologists will run through your exercise history, your goals, your barriers to exercise and exercise education. We will run through some exercise assessments, which we conduct to ensure that the exercises that we give you in your program are safe, suitable and specific to meeting your goals. You will be given exercise recommendations and a plan. Our Exercise Physiologists are caring, knowledgeable and understanding and we ensure that we provide a non-intimidating environment for you when we take you through your initial assessment.

Hi, my name is Wendy and I am writing this testimonial for myself and my younger sister, Kristie who has a disability. A few days before the 29th June 2018, my doctor made an appointment for myself and Kristie and said we 'had to go'. At the beginning, i was not sure if I really wanted to begin a weight loss journey or even increase my bodily movement.
