What is exercise physiology?
Exercise physiology is the physiology of physical exercise. It is one of the allied health professions, and involves the study of the acute responses and chronic adaptations to exercise.

What is an exercise physiologist?

Hi, my name is Wendy and I am writing this testimonial for myself and my younger sister, Kristie who has a disability. A few days before the 29th June 2018, my doctor made an appointment for myself and Kristie and said we 'had to go'. At the beginning, i was not sure if I really wanted to begin a weight loss journey or even increase my bodily movement.
